Additionally, Sensei runs the F&B operation as part of a licensing agreement with Nobu. Sensei programs and continuing learning sessions are high-touch, evidence-led, and supported by the latest technology. The Sushi Cook Lead position involves supervising the culinary functions of the Sushi Bar to meet the overall expectations of Sensei by Nobu, achieve the company's financial goals, ensure facilities maintenance, and support personnel development objectives. This role carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with organizational policies and applicable laws, including interviewing, training employees, planning, assigning, and directing work, appraising performance, rewarding and counseling team members, and addressing complaints and resolving problems.
