About The Position

We are looking for an experienced Sushi Cook 3. Come and join an exciting career with The Hyatt Regency Maui Resort and Spa. This culinary position requires good communication skills as well as at least 1-2 years experience in a Sushi Cook position. Basic sushi preparation and recipe knowledge required. 90-Day probationary period rate is $27.67. Completion of 90-day probationary period rate is $32.55. This is not your typical career opportunity. This is the Hyatt Touch.

Requirements

• At least 1-2 years experience in a Sushi Cook position.
• Good communication skills.
• Ability to perform all basic and intermediate cooking skills.
• Availability to work a minimum of 2 days per week.

Nice To Haves

• 3 years of previous line experience preferred.
• Culinary degree or related hotel experience is preferred.

Responsibilities
