The Sushi Clerk is responsible for delivering service that exceeds customer expectations, preparing sushi according to the menu and company recipes using proper kitchen equipment, and ensuring high sales through strong customer relationships.

Responsibilities
- Prepares sushi in quantities according to the menu and number of persons to be served.
- Prepares all sushi items according to company recipes.
- Prepares all sushi items using proper kitchen equipment.
- Serves customers with a smile and a willing attitude.
- Assures high sales through establishing relationships with customers to ensure repeat business.
- Follow the employee handbook at all times, especially on service standards and appearance.
- At all times meets and exceeds company standards in food, service, quality, and cleanliness.
