About The Position
Kodomo, a longstanding New York City Japanese restaurant, is excited to announce the opening of a new Modern Japanese Restaurant in the heart of Roslyn. We are seeking passionate and skilled sushi chefs to join our opening team. This position offers a unique opportunity to be part of a vibrant culinary environment where creativity and quality are paramount. As a sushi chef, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests by preparing a variety of sushi, sashimi, and rolls that adhere to our high standards of quality and presentation.
