About The Position
Mission Yogurt is seeking a part-time Sushi Cook at our restaurant, TAPS Fish House & Brewery, in the John Wayne Airport! Mission Yogurt, Inc. is a boutique hospitality company that operates restaurants primarily in high-traffic airports, including Denver, San Diego, and John Wayne Airports. Mission operates a wide range of concepts, including fast food, fast-casual, and full-service restaurants and bars. Requirements
- Candidates who: possess at least one year of restaurant cooking experience;
- Delivers superior food and beverage service and maximizes customer satisfaction;
- Upholds ideals, values, and practices that are the foundation of Mission Yogurt: Loyalty, Innovation, Service, Communication and Flexibility;
- Adheres to Mission Yogurt's safety, sanitation, and cleanliness policies and practices;
- Ensures all operating and quality standards are met;
- Upholds a professional and ethical management style and presentation;
- Assesses work-related issues in a professional manner and exercises honest, non-bias judgment;
- Ensures safety and security of both guests and team members.
Responsibilities
- Prepare food according to Mission’s set standards;
- Aid fellow kitchen staff in the preparation of food items;
- Set up allocated stations as instructed by the Kitchen Manager;
- Embody and promote consistency and efficiency in food preparation, food handling , sanitization and safety standards;
- Friday, Saturday and Sunday availability;
- Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers!
- Must be able to pass a 10-year background check per TSA guidelines.
