About The Position
Queen B Sushi From the team behind Caduceus Cellars, Merkin Vineyards, and Queen B Vinyl Café. Coming to Cottonwood in Fall 2026. Position: We are seeking an experience Japanese/Sushi chef to join our team!
Requirements
- Five years or more experience as Head Chef in upscale Japanese cuisine.
- Proficient in cooking sushi rice.
- Excellent knife skills.
- Ability to source and break down whole fish.
- Able to work in a social situation in front of guests.
- Working knowledge of ramen dishes.
- Yavapai County Food Worker Certificate.
Responsibilities
- Create exciting menu items.
- Control labor and food costs.
- Work well with and lead a small team.
