Requirements

• Prior sushi experience is preferred
• At least 1 year of restaurant experience is preferred
• Dependable team players with flexible availability
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Excel in a fast-moving atmosphere
• Ability to stand for extended periods is necessary.

Responsibilities

• Cut, slice, and fillet various types of fish and vegetables with precision.
• Inspect the freshness and quality of our ingredients to ensure top-notch sushi dishes.
• Prepare an array of sushi dishes according to our established guidelines.
• Maintain a clean work environment.
• Sterilize all tools and equipment before every use.
• Greet and interact with guests.
• Take on other duties as assigned
