About The Position
We are seeking a skilled Sushi Chef to join our team at KELP Sushi Joint. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating delicious and visually appealing sushi dishes while maintaining high standards of food quality and presentation. As a Sushi Chef, you will be responsible for preparing sushi dishes that follow both traditional and modern recipes, ensuring that the ingredients used are fresh and of the highest quality. You will also be expected to maintain cleanliness and organization at the sushi station, monitor food stock levels, and collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely food delivery. Adhering to food safety standards and regulations is paramount in this role, as it ensures the health and safety of our customers and staff alike. This position offers both full-time and part-time opportunities, with shifts available during the day and evening.
