Requirements

• Advanced training or education in surveying, mapping or a related field.
• One (1) year of surveying experience relevant to assignment.

Nice To Haves

• High School diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Performs detailed field surveys at assigned site.
• Oversees the activities of field survey crews in performing the survey.
• Maintains accurate notes, records and sketches to describe and certify work performed.
• Updates appropriate conventional and electronic (GIS) files.
• Researches previous survey evidence, maps, physical evidence and other records.
• Recommends methods and procedures for conducting assigned surveys.
• Prepares and presents findings to Engineering and Operational personnel.
• Performs other duties as required.
