NV5 is seeking a full-time Survey Technician, for our Alpharetta, GA office. This entry level position will assist the Crew Chief and Survey Coordinator for timely completion of assignments. Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Entry level, 0+ years of experience.
• Ability to travel
• Must possess a valid driver’s license, clean background check and drug screening

Responsibilities

• Operate the survey total station and level instruments.
• Organize and maintain all survey field equipment.
• Assist Crew Chief with survey files and field calculations.
• Transporting and setup of surveying equipment and instruments.
• Implementing the safety plans and risk mitigation measures set forth.
• Clear vegetation or debris as directed for surveying measurements.
• Assist the Crew Chief in recording measurements by operating prism and level rods.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the Project Manager and Group Manager.
