As a Survey Technician at WSB, you will play a vital role in the production and delivery of innovative projects. You’ll work closely with professional surveyors and project managers to support work for renewables projects. We invite you to forge ahead with us as a Survey Technician.

Requirements

Proficiency with AutoCAD and Civil 3D required.
0–3+ years of relevant experience in the renewables industry.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with project teams.

Responsibilities

Project research of applicable survey related documents such as locating vesting deeds/legal descriptions, names of landowners, property identification numbers, FEMA flood maps and panels, etc.
Submitting 811 utility locates.
Familiarity with title commitments and proforma documents.
Assisting project teams in drafting, revising, and finalizing ALTA/NSPS Land Title Surveys, easement exhibits and legal descriptions.
Ensuring the work complies with client specifications and needs.
Maintaining project files and supporting documentation.
Managing multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
