Requirements

High School Degree
Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record
Familiar with Microsoft Office
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Detail orientated and able to multitask
Ability to lift and carry objects up to 35 pounds
Ability to walk, sit, or stand throughout the day
Ability to stand and/or drive up to 12 hours per day

Nice To Haves

1+ years in the Construction Industry preferred

Responsibilities

Assist with purchasing, scheduling services, and maintenance of vehicle fleet, survey equipment and assets
Coordinate with survey field crews on issues relating to supplies, equipment and vehicle needs
Assist with all survey assets, equipment, and leases using asset tracking system
Help update and maintain company asset tracking system and tools
Perform inspections of assets including fleet
Assist in maintaining appropriate documents including warranties, schedule maintenance records, terms and conditions of leased equipment
Ordering consumables for the field crew
Attend monthly field safety meetings
Maintain the equipment storage areas
Set up equipment and supply flag stakes and chasers
Assist with traffic control for the field crew
