The Survey Rodman must be capable of taking instruction from a higher skilled worker or foreman. The individual is expected to learn and proficiently use work-related tools and equipment, continuously seek opportunities for improvement, maintain positive relationships with the crew, and consistently deliver high-quality work safely and productively. Providing feedback to ensure the availability of necessary materials, tools, equipment, and information is also a responsibility.
