About The Position

Guidepoint’s Market Research team are passionate about providing high-quality quantitative survey research for all of our global clients. The Market Research team is looking for an experienced Survey Project Operations Lead to help build out project management tools and architecture for our quantitative market research team, serving as a key technical contributor and partnering with project staff to maximize workflow efficiencies, with a particular focus on project setup and sample collection. This is a hybrid position out of any of our U.S. offices OR can be fully remote.

Requirements

  • 7+ years experience in a role focused on survey research operations at a market research, consulting, or insights organization
  • Experience with R, Python, or similar coding languages, including experience building internal tools and applications with existing business systems
  • Experience with online market research fieldwork, including experience using survey platforms (e.g. Qualtrics, Forsta, Alchemer)
  • Experience with project management tools (Asana, Monday.com, Jira)
  • Experience with dashboarding and data analysis software (DisplayR, PowerBI, Tableau)

Responsibilities

  • In collaboration with market research team leadership, develop centralized systems to track real-time progress and metrics for survey projects from a sampling, financial, and administrative standpoint in project management systems
  • Track performance by project types and audiences and refine a feedback loop for project scoping and panel development
  • Develop tools, systems, and integrations to automate project setup/ launch and reduce manual labor across the survey business
  • Assist in preparing leadership reports on project and team performance
  • Provide guidance and recommendations on strategy planning for centralizing operational functions for the market research teams
  • Other duties as needed
