About The Position
The position involves managing field crews and client relations while running construction stakeout projects. The Project Manager will lead and manage construction layout and stakeout projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Responsibilities include generating stakeout data for construction layout, creating detailed CAD drawings using AutoCAD Civil 3D, and collaborating with surveyors, technicians, project coordinators, and support staff to ensure data accuracy and project timelines are met. Quality control checks on all drawings and stakeout data are essential to ensure compliance with industry standards. The role also includes providing technical support for CAD software and maintaining comprehensive records of all project-related documentation.
