In this role, you will lead land surveying projects from planning through completion, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and strong client relationships. You will also play a key role in developing client relationships and supporting the growth of JHA’s surveying services.

Your Role
As a Survey Project Manager, you will oversee land surveying projects while working with or leading teams and ensuring accurate, compliant, and high-quality deliverables. Your work will support clients, guide team members, and help drive both project success and business growth.

Requirements

• Experience in land surveying with the ability to manage multiple survey-related projects.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• A team-oriented approach with the ability to collaborate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Lead Survey Projects: Plan, schedule, budget, and manage land surveying projects from start to finish, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations and codes.
• Ensure Quality and Accuracy: Provide quality assurance and quality control for survey data, deliverables, and documentation.
• Communicate Effectively: Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients, stakeholders, and internal team members throughout project lifecycles.
• Business Development: Build and maintain client relationships while identifying and pursuing opportunities to grow JHA’s surveying services.
