About The Position
The Education team at Lightcast is laser-focused on helping institutions foster learner career success. Our products help institutions gather alumni data and then use that in combination with labor market data to create insights that drive new academic program development, help institutions attract and retain learners, and support those learners in career and academic decision-making. Our alumni survey products, NACM and Embark, are used by institutions to understand the “first destination” of their recent graduates and their career outcomes and sentiments five and 10 years after graduation. As a Survey Project Manager for Alumni Surveys, you will work directly with higher education clients administering alumni surveys taking them from onboarding to data delivery. You'll serve as a strategic partner sharing survey best practices. You'll guide institutions through their resulting data, helping them to make meaning and plan actions. Throughout, you'll manage the details: tracking survey progress, keeping clients on schedule, addressing errors, and surfacing opportunities for improvement of the survey program.
