Survey Party Chief / Party Chief
About The Position
Represent the Company in the field to Clients and the Public in general, ensuring that work is performed to company standards and in a professional manner. Duties include the supervision and training of 2- and 3-man field crews. Lead the field effort for various types of surveys, including but not limited to boundary, topographic, route, construction, ALTA, USACOE and SFWMD control, topographic and construction surveys. Must have knowledge of field equipment, such as Topcon E series, Trimble C-3, Trimble GPS, Trimble HDS and other day to day survey equipment. Knowledge of electronic data collection required. Keeps clear and concise field notes. Must be able to travel out of town. Must have 1 -3 years of experience. Must have a valid driver’s license. Night and/or weekend work may be required .
