  • Data Integration and Dashboards: Develop frameworks for integrating data across AMS programs. Collaborate with IT and Scientific Advancement departments to implement visual dashboards and other reporting tools. Ensure timely, secure, and ethical use of data.
  • Cross-Departmental and External Collaboration: Work with other divisions on survey design, program evaluation, strategic planning, and data summaries. Contribute technical expertise to externally funded or partner-driven data projects as AMS expands its survey and analytics portfolio.
  • Reporting and Strategic Insights: Deliver quarterly and annual reports to the CSAO, CoProf, and other committees as needed. Translate raw data into usable insights through context-rich summaries, memos, and visualizations targeted to diverse audiences.
  • External Engagement and Expertise: Consult with national partners and external vendors involved in STEM data, institutional research, and survey methodology. Stay abreast of emerging trends in data science, visualization, and demographic analysis to inform AMS strategy.
  • Usage Monitoring and Analysis: Track and analyze resource engagement through web metrics and user feedback. Use insights to refine content strategy and highlight high-impact materials.
