About The Position

WSP is currently initiating a search for a Survey Instrument Operator to support our Southeast Region Geospatial/Surveying Team! This position will sit out of our Raleigh, NC office. This Opportunity The person will be part of a team conducting conventional, aerial, mobile and terrestrial surveying projects by accompanying and assisting other WSP field surveying staff members. Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 0-2 years of land survey experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Successful candidate must be willing to travel from time to time
• Self-motivated, highly reliable and great work ethic
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Physically mobile in and around construction sites and field assignments
• Ability to carry survey equipment and supplies in remote, rural or urban surroundings
• Ability to travel as projects dictate
• Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
