The Survey Solutions Manager will be part of a dynamic team creating value for our manufacturer/retailer clients by leveraging their experience in survey project management and research methods. They are expected to effectively manage survey execution, always keeping the client’s business issues in mind. The position requires a focus on client service, thinking on your feet, having a quantitative mindset, and strong detail orientation. You will ensure quality and timeliness across the project milestones and uncover insights and opportunities to help the client drive their business forward.

Requirements

  • BA or BS, preferably in Business, Marketing, Social Sciences, Psychology, Sociology
  • Over 2 years of relevant experience, including experience with questionnaire design, survey sampling design, and survey analysis
  • Very strong attention to detail
  • Excellent project management skills; must be able to effectively manage multiple competing projects simultaneously
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, including ability to develop and deliver a compelling story from survey data
  • Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills

Responsibilities

  • Act as survey expert with internal cross-functional partners and external clients
  • Design surveys that will answer clients’ business objectives, leveraging Circana’s purchase panels and other data assets
  • Effectively work with operations counterparts to execute studies
  • Create issue-focused analyses with a compelling story and visuals
