About The Position

We are seeking an entry-level level detail-oriented, and motivated Instrument Crew Member to join our surveying team. In this role, you will assist in performing land surveys for construction, engineering, and mapping projects. You will work closely with the Party Chief and other team members to ensure accurate data collection and efficient field operations.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in surveying preferred.
• Basic knowledge of surveying principles and equipment.
• Ability to work outdoors in varied weather conditions.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain surveying instruments such as total stations, GPS equipment, and levels.
• Assist in collecting and recording field data accurately.
• Set up and break down equipment at job sites.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.
• Support the Party Chief in executing survey plans and meeting project deadlines.
