About The Position

Inline USA is seeking a skilled and experienced Survey Crew Chief to provide on-site leadership and oversight for our field crews in Yellow Pine, Idaho. This role is responsible for day-to-day project execution, safety performance, quality assurance, scheduling, and strong client relations. This position follows a 2-weeks-on / 2-weeks-off fly-in fly-out (FIFO) rotation. While on rotation, the Survey Crew Chief is expected to be on-site for the full duration of the shift and available to support operational requirements as scheduled.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5+ years of surveying experience and bachelor’s degree in surveying/Geomatics, related post-secondary education, or equivalent field experience recognized under Idaho’s surveying licensure pathways.
  • Minimum of 3+ years leading a surveying crew.
  • Valid First Aid/CPR/AED certification (Adult/Child/Infant) from the American Red Cross or American Heart Association.
  • Strong communication skills, organization, and analytical, process-driven approach.
