About The Position

Prepare Boundary, Topographic, and ALTA Surveys and Plats of Subdivision. Utilize MicroStation to draft survey data from the field. This position involves providing complex CAD support for the Surveying team by preparing engineering/survey plan sets and creating reports.

Requirements

• Proficiency in MicroStation and AutoCAD.
• Experience with topographic surveys, boundary survey software, and ALTA surveys.
• Knowledge of land surveying, land development, and civil design.
• Experience with Civil 3D and construction documentation.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently and in a team.

Nice To Haves

• Associate's Degree in CAD is preferred.
• 2 years of experience as a civil CAD drafter (land development or transportation).
• Understanding of survey data (topography, ALTA, plat subdivision, easement) is highly preferred.
