We have an opening for a Survey and Project Supervisor in Fergus Falls, MN. We are seeking an experienced professional to lead survey services and coordinate utility project activities, ensuring accurate, efficient, and compliant project delivery. This role manages survey staff and contractors, oversees scopes, budgets, and schedules, and directs survey efforts for transmission lines, substations, easements, and property locations. The ideal candidate has a bachelor's degree in surveying, drafting, engineering, or a related field, at least five years of experience in surveying or project management, and strong leadership skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, and GIS is required, along with exceptional organizational and communication abilities.
