About The Position
Our company operates Residential Treatment Programs for individuals with Substance Abuse Disorder. We seek individuals passionate about making a meaningful impact and providing safety and accountability to patients on their recovery journey. Summary The Surveillance Technician monitors video surveillance to ensure patient safety and compliance with facility protocols.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Strong observational and communication skills
- Ability to remain calm and composed in high-stress or confrontational situations
- Commitment to a drug-free lifestyle and responsible alcohol use
- Authorization to work in the US
Nice To Haves
- Prior experience in security, healthcare, or behavioral health preferred
Responsibilities
- Monitor video surveillance and patient movement throughout the facility
- Report violations of facility policies promptly
- Demonstrate our company's values and mission in all interactions
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor
- Work independently and as part of the treatment team
- Communicate and cooperate effectively with all levels of staff and management
