Our Team Members are the foundation of our success and truly the most valuable part of the Live! brand The Surveillance Technician II is responsible for the maintenance and overall upkeep of all surveillance equipment and alarm systems. Assist in the training and evaluating of Surveillance Technicians (Level 1).

Requirements

  • Knowledge of hand tools and electronic testing devices.
  • Knowledge of IP cameras.
  • Knowledge of Windows XP/vista/7.
  • Basic Networking (TCP/IP, DNS, routing, subnetting).
  • Current Microsoft Office Suites.
  • Experience with lifts and ladders.
  • Knowledge of hand tools and electronic testing devices.
  • Ability to write technical statements.
  • Two (2) year Electronic Degree is preferred or equivalent experience in CCTV, electrical maintenance and repair.
  • One (1) to three (3) years of experience with installation, repair, maintenance, and troubleshooting of CCTV digital equipment.
  • Successfully complete Synectics training program.
  • Ability to read simple instructions, schematic diagrams and blueprints.
  • Ability to troubleshoot electronic systems.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Ability to perform assigned duties under frequent time pressure in an interruptive environment.
  • Must have the ability to secure and maintain licensure as required by any applicable regulatory entity as may be required to perform assigned duties, or as required by Live’s operating standards.

Responsibilities

  • Repair and maintain CCTV equipment used for surveillance.
  • Assist in maintaining an inventory of CCTV equipment and be a liaison with vendors for obtaining bids and purchases.
  • Participate in installation, movement, and removal of surveillance related equipment to assure gaming protection and internal controls for gaming regulations.
  • Repair and maintain access control equipment.
  • Maintain proper gaming logs in order to comply with state and internal regulations.
  • Assist in the training and development of Surveillance Technicians (Level 1).
  • All other duties as assigned.
