Requirements
- Able to perform all of the functions required of a Surveillance Agent.
- A professional and investigative attitude
- Must be able to obtain a Nevada Gaming Registration. (Must be at least 21 years of age.)
Responsibilities
- Maintain complete familiarity with gaming regulations, the property's Internal control system, the departmental policies and procedures, and maintains a working knowledge of federal, state, and local laws.
- Maintain current information on known cheaters, advantage players, scams, and illegal methods of gaming.
- Operate all surveillance CCTV and related equipment, and if necessary, conduct floor observations in order to detect any violations of law, policies, and procedures.
- Demonstrate leadership abilities, Including but not limited to coaching, training, and motivating all surveillance personnel in their daily activities.
- As a supervisor, you are also expected to be there for your team, enable and empower them to perform, own your operation or shift, and build caring and trusting relationships with your people.
