About The Position

GardaWorld Security Services is seeking a Surveillance Site Security Supervisor in Pflugerville, Texas. This role requires a sharp eye for detail as you will be monitoring a series of screens to spot potential threats before they escalate. The position involves working in environments such as security operations centers, call centers, and parking gatehouses. The supervisor will oversee the day-to-day service provided to the client, ensuring the highest standards are met, and will be responsible for training and developing staff assigned to the account.

Requirements

• At least 21 years of age or older as required by applicable law or contractual requirements.
• Possess at least an associate's degree or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years progressive management experience.
• Pass an extensive screening process.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the day-to-day service provided to the client and ensure service is of the highest standard.
• Participate in the selection, orientation, training, and continual development of staff assigned to the account.
• Respond quickly to critical situations.
• Ability to read and write detailed reports.
• Enforce client procedures, regulations, and standards.
• Develop and maintain effective relationships with client and employees, and serve as the liaison between GardaWorld, our client, and our assigned staff.
• Meet regularly with client to address problems, provide status updates, communicate needs, and ensure satisfaction.
• Ensure 100% payroll and billing accuracy.
• Ensure 100% compliance with federal, state, and local regulations in assigned account.
