About The Position

The Surveillance Operator at Flamingo Paradise LLC is responsible for monitoring activities in both gaming and non-gaming areas to ensure compliance with gaming regulations and company policies. This role involves operating video management systems, maintaining logs of events, and reporting any violations observed during surveillance. The position requires attention to detail and the ability to communicate effectively, as well as the capability to provide court testimony when necessary.

Requirements

• Knowledge of casino table games including Blackjack, Craps, Roulette, and Poker.
• Familiarity with slot machine games.
• Ability to operate Video Management Surveillance Systems.
• Proficient in using computers and Microsoft Office products.
• Knowledge of Nevada gaming regulations and house gaming rules.
• Ability to write detailed reports and give court testimony when necessary.

Responsibilities

• Observe activities in all gaming and non-gaming areas.
• Report violations of gaming, safety, health, and policy procedures.
• Operate Video Management devices and monitor the facility using pan, tilt, and zoom cameras.
• Maintain a log of events and complete incident reports as necessary.
• Monitor operations of automated gaming machines and teller machines.
• Notify management of any gaming, procedural, and policy violations.
• Assist in random team member audits.
