About The Position

Turfway Park Racing & Gaming features 850 popular, thrilling, state-of-the-art HRM games, a simulcast area with VIP section, event center, restaurant and bar.JOB SUMMARYThe Surveillance Operator is vigilant in observing all areas of the gaming facility and surrounding areas and reports all procedural infractions and criminal activity to the Surveillance leader on duty.

Requirements

• Available to work when needed, including weekends, holidays, and nights.
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Able to obtain and maintain a valid Kentucky gaming/racing license

Nice To Haves

• Previous surveillance experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Maintains cleanliness of work stations and equipment.
• Performs close watch duties as assigned.
• Maintains familiarity with gaming law, regulations, company policies and procedures.
• Receives periodic on-the-job training.
• Diligently monitors all company assets as well as monitoring all employees for procedural violations.
• Maintains up-to-date working knowledge of procedures and policies for all departments.
• Enforces department procedures by observing and reporting any failure to comply with company policy or gaming regulation.
• Maintains up to the minute, detailed, and accurate logs.
• Other duties as assigned.
