This role needs you to be able to protect the assets and limit the liabilities of the casino through our surveillance system. You’d be handling requests and observing day to day operations with an open mind, with an emphasis on accuracy and integrity

Requirements

High School Diploma or GED
Basics of Microsoft Office (required)
Basic computer skills (required)
Able to obtain/maintain necessary licenses and/or certifications as required by local gaming regulations.

Responsibilities

Monitor live and recorded video feeds throughout the casino, reporting any suspicious activities or policy violations.
Collaborate with security teams, law enforcement, and other departments to resolve incidents objectively.
Maintain accurate logs and handle sensitive information confidentially.
Work effectively in a team to ensure comprehensive surveillance coverage and support casino operations as assigned.
