About The Position
The Surveillance Operator is responsible for maintaining close surveillance on all gaming areas and other activities within the casino environment. This role involves utilizing electronic monitoring systems to observe guest and employee activities, ensuring the integrity of games and the protection of company assets. The operator will document and report any illegal or unusual activities to the appropriate authorities while promoting outstanding guest relations and adhering to Horseshoe courtesy guidelines.
