About The Position
The Agent protects the assets of the Casino through the use of gaming and security cameras. This role involves operating a closed-circuit television (CCTV) system to monitor casino activities, preparing reports and logs, and presenting evaluations of any observed illegal activity to the proper departments. The Agent is responsible for making recommendations and enforcing state and federal regulations while adhering to all department, company, and state regulations, policies, and procedures. The position requires consistent demonstration of superior customer service skills to both external and internal guests, maintaining a positive attitude, and creating an atmosphere of luck and celebration for customer wins.
