About The Position
CoventBridge Group is seeking a dedicated Surveillance Investigator to join our team in the Allentown, PA area. As the largest worldwide investigative solutions company, we are expanding our operations in various areas of investigations, which provides significant growth opportunities for our employees. The Surveillance Investigator will play a crucial role in conducting thorough and detailed investigations, ensuring that we maintain our reputation for excellence in the industry. This position requires a high level of professionalism, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently while adhering to strict guidelines and protocols. In this role, the Surveillance Investigator will be responsible for conducting both fixed and mobile video surveillance to obtain vital documentation of subjects. This includes performing background and activity checks, courthouse research, and writing and recording statements. The investigator will also conduct scene investigations and draft comprehensive investigative reports. A key aspect of this position is the ability to upload video, photographic, and audio evidence into our case management system, ensuring that all documentation is accurate and accessible. Due to the nature of the job, the investigator must maintain a constant state of alertness while driving, as safety is paramount. The role may require travel within a multi-state coverage area, and flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends, is essential. The ideal candidate will possess a valid state-issued driver's license, a reliable vehicle, and the necessary equipment to perform surveillance tasks effectively.
