Surveillance Audit Specialist
About The Position
Responsible for practicing, supporting, and promoting Station Casinos’ “Beyond the Best” Company-wide culture and demonstrating Station Casinos’ Championship Service Standards at all times. Conduct “special observations” as approved by the Director of Corporate Security Investigations and Surveillance Management. Maintain a strong working knowledge of the Company’s Internal Control System and the Corporate Investigation Department’s policies and procedures. Responsible for maintaining a strong working knowledge of other department’s policies and procedures to the extent required to monitor compliance with them. Complete detailed reports on special observations.
Requirements
- Ability to conduct investigations in a professional manner.
- Ability to communicate effectively with Guests, Team Members and Management in both written and verbal form.
- Must have in-depth knowledge of surveillance systems and computer programs required to complete investigations/observations.
- Must have in-depth knowledge of gaming regulations and applicable federal, state and local laws.
- Must have knowledge of all casino games, including but not limited to Blackjack, Dice, Roulette, Baccarat, Let it Ride, Caribbean Stud Poker, Pai Gow Poker, Slots, Poker, Keno and Bingo.
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality with respect to the operations, controls, and procedures involved in surveillance activities.
Nice To Haves
- 2 years experience as a Surveillance Supervisor with Station Casinos preferred.
