The Surveillance Agent monitors casino operations through closed-circuit television (CCTV) systems to detect criminal activity, policy violations, and regulatory noncompliance. This role observes guests and employees across the casino floor, cage, count rooms, and public areas. The Agent documents incidents through accurate written reports and maintains detailed activity logs. The position captures and preserves clear video evidence to resolve disputes, support internal investigations, and assist with legal or regulatory proceedings as needed. This position reports directly to the Surveillance Supervisor and performs additional related duties as assigned to support safety, asset protection, and compliance objectives. Fosters teamwork and provides excellent guest service, anticipates guest needs to exceed guest expectations. Builds brand loyalty by living the JW Marriott Core Values.
