Surveillance Agent - Full Time (Horseshoe Hammond)
About The Position
Monitor all casino activities on the casino floor and supporting area. Notify appropriate party of suspicious behavior. Record and report on violations of internal controls and criminal behavior. Maintain and update accurate reports and daily logs of all surveillance and casino activity. Review taped incidents to identify gaming problems. Perform routine maintenance of surveillance equipment. Repair or replace broken or malfunctioning equipment. Setup and maintain control standards book, alert files and other departmental documentation. Must be able to use a PC, radio communication equipment, VCR, camera and other surveillance equipment. Other duties as assigned.
