About The Position

The position involves monitoring various gaming operations, ensuring compliance with laws and regulations, and preparing daily logs and incident reports. You will also be responsible for video recording movements and maintaining security and chain of custody for departmental evidence.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Previous Security or Loss Prevention experience preferred.
• Basic computer and typing skills required.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English.
• Ability to respond to inquiries from regulatory agencies.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and procedure manuals.
• Ability to present information and respond to questions from employees.
• Ability to write reports and perform basic math skills.
• Ability to identify problems, collect data, analyze, and draw valid conclusions.
• Ability to interpret a variety of instructions.
• Must qualify for a license with the Pennsylvania State Racing Commission.

Responsibilities

• Monitor gaming conducted at slot machines.
• Oversee operations at cashiers' cage and satellite cage.
• Monitor automated bill breaker machines and gaming voucher redemption machines.
• Supervise count processes in the count room.
• Track movement of cash and slot cash storage boxes.
• Monitor entrances, exits, gaming floor, and count room.
• Oversee gaming conducted at table games.
• Manage operations of satellite cage or Poker room cage.
• Record movements of table games boxes via video.
• Prepare daily logs and incident reports.
• Patrol facility using pan, tilt, and zoom cameras.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Maintain proper security and chain of custody on departmental evidence.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Surveillance Asst Shift Manager.
