About The Position
The Surveillance Agent II is a critical role within the Wind Creek Chicago Southland casino, responsible for observing, documenting, and reporting activities associated with gaming operations. This position ensures adherence to regulatory requirements and procedures while following approved surveillance department protocols. The Surveillance Agent II plays a vital role in assisting casino management in resolving disputes involving customers or employees. In the absence of the Surveillance Supervisor, this position takes on additional responsibilities, including supervising and overseeing the Surveillance Department's activities, ensuring that all operations run smoothly and efficiently. The role requires a proactive approach to monitoring casino activities, utilizing surveillance cameras and equipment to identify and document any suspicious behavior or illegal activities. The Surveillance Agent II must maintain a high level of awareness regarding current regulations and compliance standards, ensuring that all activities within the casino adhere to established guidelines. This position also involves conducting special observations as directed by management and assisting with investigations when necessary. The Surveillance Agent II is expected to maintain confidentiality regarding sensitive information and report any technical issues or security risks to management promptly. This role is essential in maintaining the safety and security of the casino environment, ensuring that only authorized personnel access restricted areas, and that all cash handling procedures are followed accurately. The position requires flexibility in working hours, including nights and weekends, and the ability to adapt to changing job duties as needed.
