About The Position

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or High School Diploma and 6 years of additional experience.
• U.S. Citizenship Required for the purposes of obtaining/holding a U.S. security clearance.
• Active Secret Clearance.
• 5 years of experience with managing training and qualification programs.
• 5 years' experience in the operation, maintenance, and/or repair of complex Navy systems.

Responsibilities

• Supervises and/or manages the planning, development, and implementation of training programs on products and/or services.
• Works with sales, marketing, and engineering to identify program development needs.
• Obtains technical data and schedules programs.
• Manages a group of trainers to develop and present programs to employees and customers.
• The incumbent is responsible for the employment, training, motivation, and evaluation of assigned staff.
• Participates in planning and policy development issues.
