About The Position

Requirements

• Associate's Degree or 10 years' relevant field experience and DoD 8570 Information Assurance Technical (IAT) Level III certification.
• U.S. Citizenship Required for the purposes of obtaining/holding a U.S. security clearance.
• Active Secret Clearance.
• Ten years of documented experience in managing technical teams executing operations and maintenance on Navy C4I systems and/or acoustic intelligence gathering systems.
• Ten years' experience managing personnel.

Responsibilities

• Support the SURTASS Operations Manager and FST Manager in the execution of day-to-day operations.
• Assist in managing the staffing, qualifying, training, operations, and organizational and intermediate level maintenance execution of the O&M crews and SURTASS mission systems.
• Execute the contractor Operations, Maintenance, and Training IMS.
• Oversee the execution of organizational and intermediate level maintenance.
• Conduct periodic audits, inspections, and reviews of operations, maintenance, and associated reports.
• Generate reports for SURTASS mission systems status as directed by the Government.
