Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Previous surrogate experience.
• Experience in sales, coaching, customer service, or similar roles is preferred.
• Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to engage, educate, and inspire others.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Empathetic, supportive, and patient demeanor.
• Ability to meet and exceed goals in a high-pressure environment.
• Proficiency with CRM tools, email, and other communication platforms.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily calls (inbound and outbound) to potential surrogates, providing information on the surrogacy process and guiding them through every step.
• Educate surrogates about the surrogacy process, legal requirements, compensation structure, health considerations, and emotional aspects of surrogacy.
• Assist surrogates in identifying and selecting the right surrogacy agency that best fits their goals and values.
• Meet and exceed weekly, monthly, and quarterly team goals related to calls, lead conversion, and surrogate placements.
• Maintain accurate records of all calls, client interactions, and progress in the CRM system.
• Foster positive relationships with surrogates by offering continuous support and encouragement.
