As the voice of Brightway, this role is responsible for efficiently and accurately handling service requests while fostering strong business relationships with agents, carrier partners and customers. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, adaptable and committed to delivering high-quality results in alignment with Brightways core values and performance standards.
