Facilitates a learning and caring environment, which encourages critical thinking, investigation, self-direction, and respect for the uniqueness of everyone. Instruct students in all required lab competencies and patient positioning. Oversee practice, demonstration, simulation, and lab remediation Remains current with trends, issues, and practices in surgical technology and follows ARC/STSA standards. Support the development and maintenance of simulation experiences, laboratory activities, and experiments in the Surgical Technology lab setting. Supervise all student activities in the lab setting.
