Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Current BLS (American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted) upon hire and maintain current.

Nice To Haves

Experience in scrubbing minor and major procedures in various surgical specialties
Graduation from a Surgical Tech or Operating Tech program.
training program within 6 months of hire or on-the-job training

Responsibilities

Set up surgical instruments, supplies, and equipment for procedures.
Maintain a sterile environment and sterilize all instruments before surgery.
Pass instruments and supplies to the surgeon and assist with various tasks.
Count and manage sponges, needles, and instruments before and after procedures.
Help position and drape patients appropriately for surgery.
Communicate effectively with surgeons, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure smooth operations.
