This is a full-time 10-hour day shift (M-F) at Scripps Jefferson Clinic in Oceanside. Requirements

One year of recent experience as a Surgical Technologist or completion of an accredited Surgical Technologist training program.
Excellent communication skills.
Basic computer skills.
Able to multi-task and work well in a team environment.
Detail oriented and able work well in a fast-paced, high stress environment.
Current American Heart Association BLS for Healthcare Provider required

Responsibilities

ensure operating rooms are ready for surgery, including all case-specific supplies and equipment are sterile and ready for use.
Monitor sterile field throughout procedure.
Scrub for cases, anticipate the needs of the physician and operating team.
