About The Position

Must have degree or diploma in Surgical Technology Position: Surgical Technologist Location: Cloverdale Outpatient Surgery Center – Winston-Salem, NC Schedule: 4-10 hour shifts per week, Monday-Friday. No nights, weekends, holidays or call. About our clinic: Our state-of-the-art outpatient surgery center features eight operating rooms and two procedure rooms, along with 32 beds dedicated to preparation, recovery, and post-anesthesia care. Our services include general surgery, otolaryngology, orthopedics, urology, and plastic surgery. How You’ll Impact Patient Care: Embrace this pivotal role in patient care as you work alongside the Registered Nurse. You'll support direct patient care, prepare the Operating Room pre- and post-surgery, arrange sterile instruments, and maintain aseptic techniques. Key responsibilities of a Surgical Technologist include, but are not limited to: Ensure top-notch patient care, safety, and advocacy by anticipating and addressing case-specific needs with sharp critical thinking under RN supervision. Uphold excellence by impeccably managing instruments, equipment, and supplies, ensuring timeliness and accuracy. Requirements

  • Graduation from a Surgical Technology program
  • Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification
  • At least 1 year of Surgical Technology experience
