Surgical Technologist - AHWFB Outpatient Surgery – Days Department: 70101 Wake Forest Baptist Medical Center - Surgery Center: Winston Salem Status: Full time Benefits Eligible: Yes Hours Per Week: 40 Schedule Details/Additional Information: No weekends, no holidays, no call Pay Range $24.85 - $37.30 Position Highlights: Must have degree or diploma in Surgical Technology Position: Surgical Technologist Location: Cloverdale Outpatient Surgery Center – Winston-Salem, NC Schedule: 4-10 hour shifts per week, Monday-Friday. No nights, weekends, holidays or call. About our clinic: Our state-of-the-art outpatient surgery center features eight operating rooms and two procedure rooms, along with 32 beds dedicated to preparation, recovery, and post-anesthesia care. Our services include general surgery, otolaryngology, orthopedics, urology, and plastic surgery. Retirement: Up to 7% employer-paid retirement contributions How You’ll Impact Patient Care: Embrace this pivotal role in patient care as you work alongside the Registered Nurse. You'll support direct patient care, prepare the Operating Room pre- and post-surgery, arrange sterile instruments, and maintain aseptic techniques.
Requirements
- Graduation from a Surgical Technology program
- Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification
- At least 1 year of Surgical Technology experience
