About The Position

The Certified Surgical Technologist assists with the care and preparation of surgical patients and the operating room under the direct supervision of an operating room RN. This role involves the assembly, set-up, and use of surgical instrumentation and equipment during surgical procedures. While work situations are primarily routine, they can rapidly escalate to emergent or critical situations, requiring both directed and independent decision-making.

Requirements

• Graduate of Certified Surgical Technologist program or equivalent experience
• Active Washington State Surgical Technologist Registration required prior to start date
• Health Care Provider level CPR certification
• CVOR experience required

Nice To Haves

• National certification as a Surgical Technologist preferred
• Previous experience preferred

Responsibilities
